"PRESS RELEASE" 11th May
Dear Family and
friends,
As
we have been back from holidays a few things have happened, having the flu,
our car got stolen and I signed up with Incubator.
During the last
few weeks I have had time to think and pray about our life and commitments.
The Lord has
allowed me to help our church Mountain Hope as music director, but as He has
also opened the door with Incubator
another one
closes, so I will be stepping down from the music director position at the
beginning of July.
It has been a
wonderful experience, an honour and privilege to serve the church in this way,
but a new way is dawning!!!!.......
......not only
for me but for Mountain Hope church. Wherever I go they go with me. I will
still be a part of the church and help whenever I can.
So over the next
couple of months we will be praying for a new music director and I begin my
training as a roster artist with Incubator.

& Friends around the world,
Good Morning!!.......I hope that everyone is well. Although I know that some
of you are battling with life at the moment and struggling with things that
have happened.
We also have our
own discomfort at the moment without our small car being stolen. But isn't GOD
bigger than our problems!!!
He is a God of
miracles and wonders!!!.....He parted the red sea, raised the dead, and healed
the sick and gave sight to the blind!!!!!
He cares for your
needs and mine. So lets not look at the problems that life brings........
Let us look to
Him who set us free and gave His life for us!!!!!!
Liberty and the Standards of Jesus "Stand fast therefore in the liberty by which Christ has made us free …" (Galatians 5:1). A spiritually-minded person will never come to you with the demand—"Believe this and that"; a spiritually-minded person will demand that you align your life with the standards of Jesus. We are not asked to believe the Bible, but to believe the One whom the Bible reveals (see John 5:39–40). We are called to present liberty for the conscience of others, not to bring them liberty for their thoughts and opinions. And if we ourselves are free with the liberty of Christ, others will be brought into that same liberty—the liberty that comes from realizing the absolute control and authority of Jesus Christ. Always measure your life solely by the standards of Jesus. Submit yourself to His yoke, and His alone; and always be careful never to place a yoke on others that is not of Jesus Christ. It takes God a long time to get us to stop thinking that unless everyone sees things exactly as we do, they must be wrong. That is never God’s view. There is only one true liberty—the liberty of Jesus at work in our conscience enabling us to do what is right. Don’t get impatient with others. Remember how God dealt with you—with patience and with gentleness. But never water down the truth of God. Let it have its way and never apologize for it. Jesus said, "Go … and make disciples …" (Matthew 28:19), not, "Make converts to your own thoughts and opinions." Have a great day and remember to look up to JESUS!!

John 17:20-23 What a great prayer for us!!......That we become ONE!!!.....that the world may believe in Jesus as they see us. One day we might see ONE Church in ONE World, Worshipping the ONE God together!!! |
