Spencer Chapman’s Low Brass Studio

This is where you can find information regarding my low brass studio. Whether you are a prospective student, parent, band director, or a current member of my studio, welcome!

Through an individual-based methodical curriculum, I endeavor to cultivate a bespoke learning environment that is tailored to the student’s unique needs & goals.

My low brass studio’s range of experience is broad, comprising beginners through advanced high school. As an active performer & professional musician, I know that even the best musical ideas are not effective unless properly executed. While great musicianship is of paramount importance, I place a strong emphasis on solid fundamentals in my teaching so that the student is able to perform naturally & as effortlessly as possible.

I believe that teaching music is more than just the notes & rhythms. As a teacher, I strive to inspire and continually foster a love for the wonderful gift that is music making. Whether you are just embarking on your musical journey, or if you have musical ambitions beyond high school, it would be my pleasure to help you in your journey.
